Our company has become one of the professional and large-scale manufacturers of round steel forgings, quadrate steel forgings, forks and drawbenches etc. in the domestic market. We became a joint venture enterprise with American company in 2006, which invested two production lines - forging line and rolled bar forks line. We can supply 60,000MT of kinds of forks per year with capacity from 1 to 14 metric tons. ZHUHONG FORGING professionally manufactures round steel forgings (￠140~850), quadrate steel forgings (150~500) of a variety kinds of materials, 1MT~5MT forks and drawbenches etc. The max. weight of steel ingot is 10MT for machining. The main forging material is steel such as molybdenum-nickel, alloy steel, mould steel, stainless steel and carbon steel. The output of round steel forgings may reach 60,000MT per year, and the output of forgings may reach 20,000MT, which are broadly applied to such industries as metallurgy, engineering, hydraulic pressure, port, watercraft enginery and so on.
